Start by creating an account on the Fornax RDS AI website. Choose the plan that fits your organization's scale and needs — Community (free), Business, or Enterprise. If you're not sure which plan is right, check out our pricing guide, or reach out for a consultation.

Registering your organization and user account at sign-up is what lets you connect a Mac host to that account and manage access permissions in the steps that follow.

Step 2
Install and set up the Fornax RDS host client on your Mac
Install the Fornax RDS host client on the Mac where your AI work will actually run. This Mac becomes your secure AI workspace going forward, and other devices — Windows, Android, iPhone, iPad, and more — connect to it using standard RDP.
Why This Matters
Fornax RDS AI is the world's first standard RDP server implementation for macOS. Once you install the host client, this Mac starts acting as a standard RDP server — after that, you can connect from any device using an existing RDP client, with no dedicated app required.
Step 2 Support
Recommended settings by Mac hardware spec, and a detailed guide to security policy configuration (firewall, access control), are still in progress. If you need a setup that matches your organization's security policy, contact our support team and we'll design it together.

Connect from any device with an RDP client
Once your Mac host is set up, you can connect from any device using the RDP client you already have installed — no new dedicated app required. Just use the RDP client you're already familiar with.
